SenSafe® Total Chlorine Eco Packs (NCW-481110)

These strips can be used across industry from testing for Free Chlorine in swimming pools and spas to testing for sanitizer residue in food processing or other environments. Our patented aperture strips are unique in the way the water flows through them and detects the Total Chlorine more accurately. The precise colour chart is found on the back of the bottle and no other reagents or accessories are needed for this simple test.

There are two methods of use in order to create a wider detection range.

We use trace amounts of chemicals on our strips which makes them extremely safe and non-hazardous. They are considered as Articles under OSHA and do not require SDS sheets.

Notes: This SenSafe® strip is designed with our patented technology to meet USEPA guidelines for screening all drinking water sources. For best results, run test immediately after collecting a fresh water sample. Total Chlorine is the combination of both Free (available) Chlorine and reacted Chlorine, or Chloramines. Chloramines are formed when Free Chlorine reacts with organic compounds or Ammonia. Chloramines are less effective at disinfection than Free Chlorine and may cause eye and skin irritation in addition to a strong chlorine smell.
